One day I was shopping for a designer handbag and I told my husband that next month I will purchase another. After a while he asked me why do you need so many bags?
I reacted a little furiously thinking my dad never asked me and my husband is asking “WHY?”.
I belong to a business family and married to a salaried man, who is a man of his dreams and success. And do you know how he does that?
That very day he told me I will get you everything you want but consistently, patiently & mindfully. Once per year without any break and that hit me hard.
So now, I have listed some points which can help you achieve stability.
Patience is a virtue but how?
Life teaches you how to be patient.. you are adulting & you are patient? Not really. You cannot learn this until you realize or someone points at you to be patient. In my case, my husband taught me how to be patient.
You need to wait for what you want in life, you need to ask yourself a little about what you want and then look for the exact thing. If you don’t get that be calm because practicing this will definitely help you achieve your desired goal otherwise you will always be impatient and asking for more.
One thing per year will definitely add up to many without even damaging my husbands pocket because I will exactly know what is the next one I want and how it will serve my purpose than my greed.
Materialistic possession are extra!
I learnt this hard way but somehow I learnt it. If you are buying things to make yourself happy and you are doing it every time and still not happy but asking for more? Then are you even doing it right? Because there is new collection or a sale waiting for you which might interest you to spend your money.
But you are spending all your money to buy happiness and still not getting it ? Because you’re inviting your greed to increase and the steps you are taking wont help you.
I can totally say my spending were going out of control until I realized its just not making me happy rather making my account empty.
Materialistic things can never make you happy, they will just leave you empty. If we cant find peace & happiness there, its not going to come anyway. Treat your money and finances as a priority, because no one else will.
Happy Life Happy Wife is a myth
You have been hearing this since forever and are very excited to get married and try it out?
What if I say lets try happy spouse happy house instead?
You surely don’t want to end up empty in your later age by just making yourself happy (if you are the wife in the relation).
So ladies, don’t rip your husband (or vice versa) but try to build things together for future and present. Its a beautiful feeling to share love.
